Dear Allendale Parents
The Allendale Academy Parent/Teacher Handbook is available for download at the link below. We encourage you to print out a copy for easy reference. Having the Handbook on our website helps keep our expenses and our fees low. Thank you for your help. We would like you to read through the new Handbook in its entirety, as we sometimes make changes and additions, whether you are new at homeschooling or a seasoned veteran. Please let us know if you have any questions about the new Handbook. We encourage you to send in any comments, additions or suggestions you may have about the Handbook. As our school grows, we would like to offer a resource for our families to interact via our website. We are looking into the possibility of adding a links page that would contain links to the websites of our students and/or families. Please e-mail your submissions to us for review at ADAcademy@aol.com. We would also like to have a special page listing the accomplishments of our students for all to see. For example, Allendale Academy has had many Bright Future recipients, National Merit Scholarship finalists, Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship recipients and students listed in the "Who's Who Among American High School Students". We have also had students win many state and national competitions in figure skating, music and sports that could be listed as well. Please note our office hours. We are available by fax during office hours (please call the office before faxing anything). We are available by e-mail 24 hours a day. However, due to the size of our student body, we must limit our phone hours to 10am-2pm EST Monday through Thursday. Please, no after hours or weekend calls.
